Re: Boost cut
Try adjusting your temp comp under the boost control tab. I was having the same issue. You'll have to experiment with what to use. Look at your IATs and tweak with the solenoid duty cycle based on the temps you are seeing.
For example at IAT of 60F I had to knock back my duty cycle 1%. Doesn't sound like much but it makes a difference.
If that doesn't help try working with the solenoid duty cycle and/or frequency. It could be the change in wastegates (even thought they are the same size) has affected the settings.
Good luck.

Re: Boost cut
What brand manifold do you have? You're talking about getting a race gas tune to make more power probably, but if stuff is cracking, you have other problems. Remember that a weld is always the weakest point on something, so it has already cracked, it will likely crack again where it was fixed.

Re: Boost cut
Took the car out and datalogged. Then tried adjusting around the duty cycle a little and didnt seem to help much. If I cant get it figured out ill just get my tuner to adjust it when I take it back for the race gas tune in the near future. Here is what it was setup as originally.

Re: Boost cut
OP are you hitting boost cut in every gear? What is your boost cut set at? and if your car was working fine when it was 70 degrees I would only adjust the Air Comp. Table . The picture you show looks like your actual tune not a datalog of whats happening, in Real time watch what the EBC duty cycle is doing vs actual boost.

Re: Boost cut
Boostcut is at 18 psi. Pretty much every gear. Above is a screen shot of the air temp compensating settings that it is set on, tried to adjust but with with no luck so far.

Re: Boost cut
Do you know for sure that 53% duty cycle equates to 17 psi? With my setup I have found that having these numbers off a little bit makes a huge difference.
What IATs are you seeing?

Re: Boost cut
Drop your duty cycle to 30% and see what happens. You'll have to toggle the fixed duty cycle on, make the change, and then toggle boost by gear.

I was battling this very same issue for 2 weeks before I got it dialed in.

Also, if you have the filter on the solenoid, take it off and see if that makes a difference. Probably won't, but again, covering all bases.

Re: Boost cut
It's starting to sound like their isn't boost control at all coming from the EBC. the only reason I say that is in boost by gear you are trying to hit from 8psi to 16psi only it's going right to boost cut of 18psi. Are u sure the EBC is working? GL
