Is there a adapter plate that you have to use a hf manifold with a turbo?

I was going to put this on the market but since you might be looking, I have an HF manifold I will get rid off soon. I has a adapter on it to fit any of the TD05h series turbo, such as the 14, t25, 16g, ECT. Let me know

Its the one installed here (it has a Big 16g on it)
