Default Blue box spitting out a code 9, as in Cylinder sensor. HELP!

I hate the blue box! I dont even have the turbo boostin yet and i al ready have had a shitload of trouble.

First off, what is a cylinder sensor?
Second, my car is runing like ****, no power what so ever, missfire feeling and random power peaks from 0 to 3000 rpm and the shittiest idle i have ever heard off a car with no aftermarket cams. I sound like a drag 5.0

What do you guys think is the matter?
