Bigger oil return the better. I use a 5/8" and it works perfect. I had a bad problem at first with oil leaking out of my turbo at the exhaust side. I made sure my line was pretty much straight down, and un kinked....my problem was solved. Also what size feed line are you using? If it is too big ditch itbecause it will supply too much oil pressure. I use a -4an because I bought it and it works, but would suggest a -3an... Trouble shoot ALL the easy solutions first before jumping to major ones like blown turbo seals...ect

you can tell sometimes because tehre is oil in the charger pipe and intercooler....that or you could have filled with to much oil.

is your motor over filled with oil? you can do a simple rebuild on the turbo yourself if you wanna save money...
