Default blown head gasket

would a blown head gasket cause excessive water in my exhaust. it collects in my muffler and forms ***** with the carbon and constantly is falling out and when i rev it blows out alot even after driving around for awhile. it all started happening when i installed my inline pump

any help would be appreciated

Dont worry, its called condensation. You ever taken a soda out of the refridgerator and it builds condensation around the can? Same thing is happening here because the coolant is cooler than the cylinders so condensation burns out of the exhaust.
