Default blow-off valve problem

it's the blitz blow-off...it was working fine till last night. i noticed it quit working and started chattering/surging when i was driving 80-90 mph on the highway. i stopped to check the hose connection and nothing seems to be disconnected. i will look at it more in a little bit. has anyone had a problem like this where your blow-off quit relieving? the adjustment screw didn't come off or anything either. it's set at about the middle of the screw. i have no ideas but am going to try and fix it. i still need input on why it may have quit like that.

check your piping to make sure all the claps are tight. you might be having a pressure drop somewhere inbetween the turbo and the tb.

never mind. i fixed it. i'm not sure exactly what did it but i changed vaccum source (a bigger one from the pcv vac.) and i made my connection hose a lot shorter. i was using the fpr (little hose) and now it works and it seems a lot more responsive and a little louder. i also did tighten all my clamps, but doubt that did much. it may have been stuck also and just needed a stronger vac to free it up. so try this if you have the same problem.
