kinda new here...just need help w/ installing a blow off valve....i think i hooked it up right but it dont have a noise at all.....that whoooosh noise u know....it's a HKS SSQ....it was on my buddies car and it was loud but on mines is not....let me know ...thanks....

 

You should be able to rev the car up in nuetral and put your hand infront of the BOV and feel air pushing your hand. If not the BOV is hooked up wrong. I should be tee-ed in a vacuum line pass thottle body.
