You will want to use aluminum. Preferably of the same alloy as the block. Sonny or ABAZ should be able to help you out with a post or two soon.

From what I remember on http://www.homemadeturbo.com you can get the proper studs from Edyn.

I have an extra set that I'll sell. I had to have 25 made because that was the min amount that the machinist would do to make it worth his time. I only used 12. PM me if you want them.
