block with o-rings....what torque on the headstuds?

Default block with o-rings....what torque on the headstuds?

I've got a B16 with golden eagle sleeves and o-rings with arp headstuds...what do i need to torque these down to?

I've always used 78-80ft'lbs with the moly lube and they ahve worked fine. Paul
