Ok, so I buy a blitz DD to replace my cheap DSM BOV, and the Blitz surges very often and is quiter than the dsm! I tried cleaning and lubing it but no difference. I have the adjustment setscrew all the way out. I have triedseveral vacuum sources but no changes. Should I: Cut the spring, remove the adjustment washer, or torch the spring to shorten it? The bov is alost fully open at idle, but its just real sluggish.
