If this is a repost i apologise but i searched and couldnt get anything so post a link if u got it. If not then i was wondering what the difference was between the two? I have an accord f22b1 turbo whith 2 step colder bkr7's however i just found out f22's run zfr's, is this going to cause a problem, whats the difference?

 

Aright well according to the diagram on one of the posts i found it seems like the only difference is the gap, can someone verify this?
