Re: Beware of Sleeper! (dustin)
Maybe...you can put em in the older celicas. I saw one of those tercels a while back. It had accord head lights, MR2 tail lights, a wide body kit, shaved door handles, some 18's, and primered. Probably getting ready to be painted bright green or something. I just thought for what....probably could have bought a supra for all the body work done on that pos.

Wow, even a turbo doesn't help my opinion of the Echo, it still sucks ***.
My favorite Toyota turbo small car is still the EP Starlet.

Re: Beware of Sleeper! (b18tdelsol)
i will post pics of my friends tercel when we get the motor in,the 4ag is a first gen mr2 motor and it also came in the corrolla gt-s. he has carillo rods, venolia pistons(9.0:1),hks264/264 cams, hks ss valves, valve springs. and he is running a t3/t4b and i am going to *attempt* to make a full turbo back 3inch exhaust for him, if my welding skills are up to par. i know probably no one will beleive me about this but i will try to post pics when the motor goes in.

theres a white tercel that runs at moroso with a turbo jdm starlet motor in it. I saw him run some mid 14's on stock turbos with a mediocre setup.

Yep.. you asked for it - another crazy Thailand hybrid :)
*nathan pulls out more unbelievably crazy pictures from his Thai hybrid picture archives..*
Here's an AE101 Toyota Corolla.. with.. yes.. a turbocharged 3S-GTE MR2 engine. The owner (a friend of mine) totally converted his Corolla to the JDM version complete with electric sunroof, interior door panels, console, front end, etc... Did a modification to the tranny, and installed the MR2 engine upside-down in order to make it "FWD" - there are a lot of corolla's running around Thailand with these engines.
This thing gave me very bad whiplash, and really pulled like u couldn't imagine. 80% Cusco LSD with 16psi on the stock turbo, along with a modified ECU. I laugh everytime I sit in it, its just so stupidly fast for a corolla
