No it does not since the fuel is cut off when you switch off ignition. Also when you let off at high rpm the fuel is cut to the injectors and all stock ECU do that.

Hello.
I´m from Germany, but we developed a system that can tell you detonatin. It works with a additional knocking sensor and a special interface box and of course a special software for on laptop.
It works with a special frequene analizing system that shows you a begining knocking before your ears can hear it and before it becomes dangerous for your engines.

You can usually hear a faint tick, tick, tick when it's detonating..depending on how loud your exhaust is, sometimes that can mask the sound.
