Re: Best Wastegate? (D-Man)
sorry, yeah its the deltagate and its leaking underneath where the screws are. I'd assume get a new wastegate altogether. I was thinking 35mm Tial, but looking for other suggestions, if any.

I heard the 35mm tial supports around ~18psi. If I was going that high of Boost I might as well change the flange and get an HKS wastegate

Try the Tial 45mm...good up to any boost levels you can think of. It is not compatiable with the deltagate flange, but then neither the deltagate or the Tial 35mm wastegates will work with psi levels of 20+ without boost spiking.

but that assumption about the 35mm wg is incorrect... i have seen numerous times the 35mm hold upwards of 30psi without spiking... i have not seen one spike yet... im not saying they dont... but i havent seen it yet

I wouldnt trust the 35mm for boost levels exceeding 20+psi. I am sure that it probably would be fine, but just to be on the safe side I would run the 40mm at least. The 46mm is really overkill, but it looks so nice when polished.
