Default Best Internals to use for boosting...

Hey guys, I'm working on building my own turbo setup, and I want to tear into the motor soon. I would like to know everyones opinions' on what are the best pistons, rods, cams, and valvetraing to use for the most cost-effective setup? I have heard the reps of JE, Endyn, Crower, Carillo, Eagle and so on. What is proven to work. I don't want to have to tear into the motor again due to a problem after its already complete. Please lend me your advice.....

Thanks!

it all depends on how much power you are looking to make and how much you're planning to spend....

basically the more $ u spend, the stronger motor you are going to have.

but most importantly it comes down to proper machine work and engine assembly.

I agree dunkd, I'm just unsure of the acutal product from some companies. Take Eagle rods for instance, I've heard great things and I've heard terrible things about them. I appreciate the comments guys, guess I'll have to really research this one out.
