Default Best engine builder?

Lookin for a company that can build a b18c motor to handle 16 psi all day long (tuned correctly). I don't mind paying extra for reputation. This is a serious inquire. I don't want to waste money on a great deal then blow up later.

If you are in BC, and want to keep it in Canada check out leitner and bush in Markham Ontario, http://www.leitnerbush.com, they can do anything you ask just supply the parts you want assembled. they will supply the sleeves.

If location of engine builder does not matter.....AEBS is good. They are in San Diego. Cars they have done include: Ed Berganholtz's CRX, that Ford Focus in the 7's, and RJ de Vera's new tube frame RSX.

check out goldeneaglemfg.com, they have some bad *** setups. I got my block from them through Atomic and Dr. Charles. I've boosted 20+ on my engine plenty of times on the dyno and street. solid as a rock

Hmm... I'm in Northern VA and have heard of inline pro. Wonder what they can do w/ my ZC and $2500, I want a strengthening buildup bad.... turbo comes later.

Anyone know about JGEngine Dynamics, http://www.jgenginedynamics.com/shortblock they have a fully built ZC shortblock for $2300. Is this the real deal, or, should I go to Inline Pro?

for what you want especially......going to jg will only cost you more $$$$ and lots of time. many people can strengthen a motor for you. give inline a call or stop by just to see what they say. at least there local and you'll get more of a hands on feels than sending **** to cali.

There was a time a couple of years ago when he hired the wrong machinist...
He does all machine work himself now. Work is perfect now.

Benson's?? I heard bad **** about them. Not only bad customer service, but they messed up on my friend's head. It was uneven or some **** and it caused oil to leak. Ed Berganholtz used to go with Benson's but now AEBS does his stuff (read above). I wonder why....

Ancient history and Benson doesn't do heads. Nothing is free at Benson but maybe it is at AEBS for Berganholtz. As to his customer service, he does backflips for me and I am nobody. His machine work for me is always "dead nuts on"

Eddie B's car is on the front page of Golden Eagle's website, and they also have other names like the Kubo's. I'm telling you, check them out, they have good prices, state of the art equipment and they use their "Godzilla" sleeves on high power turbo applications like my car. They say that their blocks can handle 40+psi of boost. They pressure test them at over 65psi for coolant leaks also.

Golden Eagle has great sleeves. Their work is beautiful. They send all other machine work (other than sleeve install) to an independent machine shop so I don't know if this qualifies them as the "best engine builder"
