Belt Driven Pump for E85 application
Getting things lined out for an H/F FI build. Going to be running E85 and ID2000's.
Instead of spending as much as it will require for 2 bosch inlines and 2 walbro's a belt driven aeromotive 2700 LB/HR pump can be had. I know its excessive but its simple.
Has anyone tried this? I was considering 2 255hp's feeding -12 to the aero pump with -10 feeding the rail and -8 returning. While using a custom vented fuel cap (so I don't collapse the tank)
mainly the reason will be is boost will be in excess of 40psi and flowing enough fuel at high pressures may become an issue. so rather than 4 pumps, 2 pumps with 1 belt driven pump seems to be an easier solution to the situation.
thoughts?
