Bearing clearance issues please help
i have a b18b i am building a str8 ls motor build. eagle rods je pistons any ways. im having some clearance issues. i got the crank polished from my machine shop. i have acl standars on my mains now on 4 of them the last one is a honda pink. my clearance on al lof them are comign out to .001 and when i torque it to 55ftibs with arp mains. the crank is hard to spin very tight. do u think if i get acl race bearings it will help on my clearance and bring it down to .015 where i need to be at. i need your help im tryign to get this motor done. thanks

Match the code off the block with the cranks # and get the originals then work from there. Your clearances as of now seem pretty tight.. I built my block using OEM bearings matched to my block and Eagle rods and lucked out with the oil clearance being all in spec.
