Bay Area Weld Shops Where?

Bay Area Weld Shops Where?
Hi peeps,
I'm in my final stages of having my turbo kit installed but I need to find a place that can weld these things:
IC Piping and HKS BOV
O2 Bung
Flex Pipe onto Downpipe
Oil drain flange onto oil pan
In regards to the IC piping and HKS BOV Flange, if it has already been welded on can any shop weld over that? or will i have to buy a new flange? I purchased a custom ic piping made by HULKHB on this board and the bov flange that was welded by him isn't done so nicely, along with the fact that he missed several spots so there are some holes.
Well if anyone has any shops within the bay area please recommend... Looking for San Jose region if possible

there is a guy on here that if from the bay area that welds , installs turbos , etc... i forgot his username , sorry . he does good work too
