Default Battery Relocation

I did some searching, but could not come up with much on the topic. I need to relocate my battery for an up coming turbo project on my 92 RS. I want to race at the local track and will be daily driving the car. My questions are what exactly are my options as far as relocating the battery? Do I need a dry cell battery? If i get a dry cell battery do I still need a box? What kind of box is legal (for dry cell and wet)? What have are people who have already done this running...and how is that working? Where is the best place to relocate the battery to (in the trunk prefferably)?

Sorry about all the questions...its just hard to find this information. Thank you for all the help you can give me.

I relocated the battery to the back. I purchased the Summit kit but just used the power and ground cable. I purchased a Optima and they build a cool base that their battary snaps on. You can mount this base any where you wish. Keep in mind that you have to stay away from wires and the fuel tank. Good luck!
