Default ?balancing?

putting new forged pistons in will it hurt performance with out balancing it with the crank i know it will gain performance with balancing but will hurt it

it should still run like it did with the stock pistons

Your post sounded confused, but I guess you are asking this... Balancing=better performance ?

No, it won't give any power/performance. Balancing will allow the engine to rev smoother and increase it's longjevity. Forged pistons and rods... and even the honda crank, is pretty well balanced stock... not a high speed balance, but very close in weights (this is typical and does not mean every piston set is perfect). You can put in forged pistons w/o balancing... but why ? it's not that expensive to do and will allow the motor to live longer under high revs.
