I have a t3/4 E that was put on my car about a month ago. I have a oil leak coming fom the oil return line so I take it off to put some silicon aropund it and stop it from leaking. I notice that the turbine side (shiny side) is kinda loose. Its kinda like if you dont tighten the lugnuts on your wheel and the tire will wobble. Is this normal? I tried to tighten the lil bolts around it but they seem to not get tight. like stripped or something. please let me know if its shot or not. THANX!
