Default Bad Turbo or Do i need Restrictor?

Heres the Deal.

I got a turbo Si T3 T4 Turbo
1/2" Oil Return

When car Starts, there is no oil smoke.
It Gradually starts to smoke
After a while at idle, there is thick oil smoke.
Driving, there is clouds of smoke

My Return line has no kinks or does not hang upwards.
I even Drained out some oil in the pan to see if the return was blocked.

PLEASE give me some valuable input

if you think ur turbo is smoking then just take off the downpipe from the turbo..if the seals are blow then you'll most likely see oil coming out of the exhaust housing..

what size oil feed line are you using?

Does this turbo smoke all the time when driving or only at idle?

typically if the turbo is smoking all the time and you are using the correct feed, the oil line is not kinked...

Sounds like the turbo is going out.

Call mike @ evergreen turbo and tell him dave from Jacksonville sent you
He has over 20 years of turbo building experience and knows turbo's better than anyone i have ever talked to. His rebuild prices are really cheap too!!!
