Default backfire/hesitation problem

i have a greddy td05-18g turbo kit with type 24 fmic on my 2000 integra GSR. it was just recently finished and im noticing a strange backfire/ hesitiation feel and popping sound when im in high r's in second and 3rd (may also be in 4th and 5th but i havent gotten up to those speeds yet) im guessing it could possibly be not enough fuel because i am currently on a stock pump. any ideas?

not sure boost gauge not installed yet, its running whatever a stock kit runs at, im guessing 6 psi, but ill be positive in a few days after my gauge is installed, as for fuel management, im running the greddy blue box and 320 cc inj. i was thinking it could be running lean, but my emmissions look fairly rich, and it's seems to be more of a backfire than a hesitation because i can feel the sputtering under my feet. but that might be the crack i smoke too, who knows........ anyone have any ideas? should i install a walbro and see if that fixes it?

1.get a boost gauge..don't boost without it!
2.you're noot running lean....quite the opposite...too rich is my guess...
3.regap plugs....carbon caked plugs confirms richness...whitened or chipped plug indicates lean conditions...the should look tanish colored
