Well, the convenience of changing the filter up there is nice. Plus, my turbo is water cooled, so I used the stock oil cooler lines for the coolant lines to and from the turbo. It also made it a little easier to run the oil cooler and thermostat and it's something different.

Hold it, that is the driver side rotor.......you think it's backwards?

Additionally, all of Brembo's slotted discs are directional as well, regardless of the vane geometry. The discs should be installed such that the end of the slot nearest the outer edge of the disc contacts the pad first. Please see figure.
