B20VTEC Ready for boost- Hondata MAP?
I got everything ready to roll, had a time getting through emissions inspection, turns out it was a bad distributor! Anyway, I was going to slap the turbo on tomorrow, just wondering is someone can give me any suggestions on TIMING map for the engine. I'll set the timing at crank to 16 deg (like stock). I'm not concerned about the fuel maps, I have the DIY wideband already. I can use the DRAG map included if no one has any suggestions.
Specs:
B20B/VTEC ported head+enyne springs/ Skunk2 intake
2mm head gasket (9.0 CR)
440 cc RC injectors
F-max kit less aux injectors, 9 lbs boost spring/ tail wase gate
Stock bottom end; 7500 RPM redline set through Hondata
My ROM tune now (pretty close, running in closed loop)

The turbo Pic:
Thanks for everyone's help.

Spun a connecting rod bearing. Had enough with it. It was burng oil and needed to be re-bored; I tried new rings and a getto hone job. I kind of worked, but I was still going through a quart every 500 mi. Gave it the old boot, and bought a B20B. Swapped on the head, put a Cometic (sp?) 2mm head gasket on and never looked back.
I got the turbo on today , took longer than I expected (8 hrs) . I'm unning the DRAG map from Hondata. It seems pretty close with the WB. I've got it up to about 4 psi,the BOV is kicking in too early. The oil return line leaks too, I'll fix that tomorrow.
Boost is awesome! I can't belive it all works! the engine is so smooth and quiet. Way cool!

I don't think it matter, cause if you see the tube, it's going inside the down pipe anyway recycling the waste.
