manifold, turbo, wastegate and tune are where you should put your money. those are the most important aspects of performance and reliablity on a turbo setup. return the block guard and invest in some quality low comp. pistons. good tuner will be the key to your setup.

sleeve it if your gonna run high boost. b20's have slim walls prone to breaking under heavy boost loads. if you plan on running 6-8 you should be fine w/o sleevejust my .02 but you have a good start

Its also the material & constuction - its a single monosleeve, and they tend to develope cracks between the bores where they touch (the crotch, if u will). With an excellent tuner & not a lot of power, it may never happen, but the internals are going to be MUCH stronger than the stock sleeves, no matter what anyone says.

$900 for a turbo kit ( manifold + tiurbo+downpipe+dumptube) is a great price. If u loook at speed-theory for ex the seel turbokit at 4000-5000$. T4 are bigger so u need for exhaust energy for spinning they, t3 i think are the widely used.
The size depend on the setup. I think if u are at beginning don't buy a too big turbo, it will spool later than smaller one expecially with topmount manifold, it's better if u buy a t3 , it will be easier to fine tune it.
