Our turbo motor is a b18c5. In stock form it is not the best to boost. The GSR will have a lower compression to start with. If you build it and ad some lower compression pistons then you will have a fine turbo motor.
This is our setup if you want to get some ideas.

GE Sleeves bored and honed to 84mm
Custom JE 9:1 84mm Pistons
Eagle Rods
Balanced and Blue Printed Bottom End-Balanced whole rotating assembly
Polished Crank
Eagle Rods
Port and Polished Head w/ upgraded valve train and .5mm oversized valves.
JG Victor X Manifold
AEM Fuel Rail w/ 720cc Saturated Injectors
Hondata 3B
Greddy Profec B w/optional button
Motec 3 Bar Map Sensor
etc. etc.
