Default B18a/b + crank

Double the questions for clarification

Do the b18a and b blocks and cranks interchange? Thanks

Does it matter if my crank came from an a and the block is a b

And with an oem headgasket and stock b16a2 head, what kind of compression change am i looking at when selecting a piston that says something like 9:1.

If the pistons for the LS motor say 9:1, what will the compression be around with a stock headgasket and a b16 head?

B18a&b are the same crank. It doesn't matter which engine the crank came from.Try a compression calculator like this. http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php
