b16b ctr turbo?
what kinda power? I had the opportunity to pick up a CTR Motor for cheap. I should have done it instead of finishing my turbo kit! I totally regret it becausr it would have looked sick to pop my hood to a b16b on boost!
The CTR motor will cost you more $ initially and the risk of blowing it up is far higher than a regular b16. assuming that both engines are stock. But then again anything is possible with proper tunning.

it's a tough call. b16b is hawt as **** as N/A, but turbo makes it alll the sicker
Give it excellent tuning, and it'll last (i wouldn't boost at 20psi, either

why waste such an expensive motor with a turbo. in order to make it a reliable daily driver which i assume is what you want. you will have to lower the compression ratio. in essence in order to make it reliable you will have to turn it into a very expensive b16a. why waste the money. just my opinion i could be wrong.

I agree. You might as well go get a 1.8 or 2.0 liter and boost that. You'll get more out of it and it won't cost as much. The b16b as well as the b18c5 were meant to be high reving NA engines.
