B16 Wiring Harness Question

B16 Wiring Harness Question
I have a JDM B16A. Right now the car does not start. I traced it down to the wiring harness. Will a Civic EX V-Tec Harness plug right in and run? Will a GS-R Harness plug right in and run? All of this is OBD-1. Thanks.
