Good Job. I am thinking about running a b17 crank in a b16 to hit around 1.8l in our boosted project car.
More info on your setup pls

Also, how it was stroked, unless I missed something.

read it again...its in there.

also, in response to the stroke. Where did you get 84mm? it is an 81mm bore, but that isn't what made the displacement 2.0, you are forgetting that there is more to bumping up displacement besides the bores size. Lets just say that the stroke isnt stock B16 stroke, and the pistons aren't off the shelf. The real engine builders here will know.

Where's your timing set at?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Duty cycle right now is at about 50% on the 1000cc. Previously we had 720cc on there, but they were getting maxed out so went with the 1000cc. We arent quite done with tuning yet. The car still has a shot of gas yet to be installed. I dont remember what the timing is.

Super fly custom pistons that increase the displacement! Score!

So which is it? 1.8 or 2.0?
And you never did mention what kind of manifold.

LOL....i thought about it when i was in the shower this morning. Everybody wants to know what kind of EXHAUST manifold that is huh? I was thinking intake manifold and wondering what the big deal was.......my fault guys!!!!
The log exhaust manifold is a Max Rev unit.....
Oh yeah, and the displacement on this car is 1.8. I got it confused with our all motor red hatch which is set up the same as far as stroke, but the bore is bigger.

I just read that above. Sorry for asking that again. Damn. Maybe more B16a owners should pickup an LS crank
I'm more impressed with the powerband and curve than anything.

I'm not sure what we are going to do about the cams yet. As of now, we havent even mesed with the cam gears on tuning. We have just been playing with it in the AEM for now. I think we will be changning the cams out eventually.

what crank and what length rods did you use
