b16 oil pump mods?

is there any mods to do to a b16 vtec oil pump befor putting it on a ls/vtec set up?

there are aftermarket pump gears that are available, i have not had any person experience with one though...

You can use a mazda OEM drain plug gasket in place of the stock presure relief valve gasket. its is half the size raises oil presure up a bit.
