B16 JRSC install issues! FML.
So I am installing a JRSC for my B16 and its still missing pieces despite being listed as "has everything to install"
So with the install.
Theres some pullies and tensioner stuff idk how to install.
If anyone has like a writeup on how to install this thatd be great.
Where does this go?!
Side view
Then I need to know how to do the vacuum ports and everything. Again, a writeup would be uber helpful. Or even a PDF.
Lastly - How much PSI will be at with an LS crank pulley and will I be able to run the Hondata s300 basemap for a b16 JRSC or will I need a custom one? I just need my car to be able to go from my house to an exhaust shop to get the exhaust welded on. Then its being towed to get tuned.

Woody you will need an s-tube, the TB will not bolt right to the charger, that first pic is the tensioner assembly for the upper belt, the two studs on the back side go through the upper alt. bracket and the alt. bolts to an adapter between one of the studs and the alt. What snout pulley will you be running? link to instructions, http://www.supercharger.com/graphics...ns/989-600.pdf, and I would make sure you have all the parts that are going to be needed before putting it all on, some of the parts are hard if not impossible to add or change once the charger is on without removing the charger and or manifold.

Thanks for PDF. Could I make a custom S tube by any chance ?
Anyone have a link to a complete part list with pics? I found the one on supercharger.com but it just lists them. I prefer visual.

So if the SC has part #051-097 which is the supercharger to TB casting, then the TB will bolt to that, and I run my intake from that, correct?

Should be around 6psi, and the only thing that is added to the vacuum system is the bypass valve and that goes to one of the ports on the s tube.

Have everything installed but when I went to adjust the alternator tensioner to install the belt, I had to move the alternator and now I cant get it back in place. This is going into a 00 civic and the pulley is extremely close to the shockwell but everything is mounted and installed correctly.
