Default B16 head. What block? - Turbo

Hello everyone, I'm working on my civic getting it ready for turbo! So here is my question. I have ask hatch with a full b16a swap. Head and block. Only thing is now I need a new block(block went out and figured now is a good time to turbo.
What to do? I need a block for the civic. So here are my options. Let me know what you think is best. 1) send that block to machine shop2) go buy another b16a or 3) my neighbor is selling me a b18b1 already machined and already ready for lsv swap(hell include everything) So I'll add that to my b16 head.
I'm obviously thinking of doing the 3rd option since its low comp. but what else do you guys recommend to do to it before turbo? My b16 vtec head I'll be upgrading rods injectors and Pistons.
Ty in advance. Any info is appriciated.

Moved tot he Forced Induction forum as you are planning a Turbo.

You will likely get a much better response to your specific questions here over the precision machining section.
