I've got a wierd problem with my Autometer EGT gauge. When the car warms up, the needle either starts flickering like crazy or it reads absolutely nothing. Sometimes it will be working and I will do anything that pulls voltage (ie. hit brakes, blinker, give it more throttle) it starts going crazy again. I thought that I had a bad ground, then I thought that I had a bad 12V, but I checked both with a voltmeter and they are perfect. I also changed out the probe. Its not the gauge, b/c I tried one of my friends and it did the same thing. Anybody have a clue as to what the problem could be?
