Well, I'm looking at running meth injection on top of pump fuel so I'm really not sure how much power its going to make. I plan on running upto 26psi on pump w/ meth injection. That should get me at least 550 crank. Then I'll build the motor and try to max out this turbo. Its good for 65lbs of air so it should get interesting.

Hi iff you need some help to tune your engine let me know, i buildet some audis with 2,2 20v turbo engine, the stongest one ist allmost ready it should have 700hp at the cranck, the oder two that i build hasr 50hp at the crank.
I saw at the pictures you have a 3b engine, to make 500hp you will need a ABY engine, it is stronger, is the same engine that comes on the audi RS2, put a KKK29 on it, porshe twinturbo injectors, a 3 bar KPR, a 5 bar fuel pressure regulator, polish your rods or they will bracke, and pic up a 6 gear tranny the 5 gear tranny will only hold 350hp., you will also need another rod bolts, you should pic it from MTM they are the bes ones for audi.

This car is a 91 audi 200 turbo quattro. They come with 217 hp stock out of a 2.2 liter 5 cylinder. If you want to read about it check out this link:

http://www.s-cars.org/200/overview/overview.html

My engine is VERY simliar to the dalhback engine. I'm just trying to relate it so the honda-tech guys have an idea of the potential of this motor. I have no worrys that my motor will hold up to well over 650hp when its is finished. I'm going to build the motor with pauter rods and JE pistons. ARP rods, mains, head studs. With that basic setup the motor shouldn't have any problems standing upto 35psi. For the tranny I'm going with a 6spd out of the newer twin turbo S4.

When I build the bottom I'm going to run 9:1 CR. I'm going to run 7a cams out of the naturally aspired 20v. This is no honda, but should make power too 8500 rpm. The turbo I'm going to run should come on very similar to a sc61 so I'm expecting full boost on this 2.22L at 4000-4500 rpm. I'm going to run 20psi on straight 92 octane and 25+psi on pump/meth.

I'm not trying to make the fastest car in the world, just something that an allaround fun car to drive. Its really too big at 3350 lbs to be anything except a boat. Its does have quattro all wheel drive which is fun for the mountain.

I'm either going to run 034efi or autronic sm2. Trying to figure out which on I like better. 034efi is coming out with some cool technology that is able to monitor the spark plug, then derive cylinder pressure. Should be a really trick way to tune the ignition maps for everything they got

the dahlback car has never made 900hp it's an internet myth based on the fact they say on their site the car will make 900hp with a different turbo and other changes. i believe the highest dynop they have is in the 600s.

not trying to be a dick but the dahlback thing kills me, it's spoken so often as truth...

check their site i am not lying it never has made 900hp.
