where did you guys mount them???

would the engine bay be recommended???

what do you do w/ the stock fuel pump...remove it???

 

I mounted mine right behind the tank on a bracket. I assumed you are sumping the tank? and yes the stock pump goes away.

 

what do you mean "sumping the tank"?

 

i got pics...just pm me with your e-mail address and i'll show u how i did it, and what a sump is.

 

the aeromotive pump should be positioned pretty close to the tank, like within 3 feet or so, this helps with the "push/pull effect" i would NOT mount it in the engine bay. also it requires a "sump" to feed it, which is a sloped section in the back of your tank that looks like a ramp going downward, that has your feed and return fittings in it.

 

the feed comes from this and u generally put the return to the top of the tank. i generally put in the oem feed location... u dont put it back to the sump
