That's not the same one bro. The one on the Japanese site is 75 pages long and explains more than just how to install the PowerFC.

You're looking for a manual for the Apexi PFC for an RX-7? cause that's what that is in your first post. There's lots of English versions of that floating around. However I'm assuming since you psted on a Honda board then maybe you are looking for a Honda/Acura application?
