anyone using or used this turbo?
i got offered a t3/to4e with a .70 copressor and a .60 turbine for 400 bux. they claim that it has a 360 thrust bearing. i was just wondering if any of you have an opinion on this turbo. thanks.

i might be wrong on this one, but that .70 compressor housing is usually seen on t3/60-1 setups (which is what you'd probably want to search for). most t3/t4s use .60 compressor housings.
edit - actually full race uses .70 compressor housings on their t3/t4s. if the turbo is not a 60-1 (or a variation to it) you may want to ask one of the full-race guys about the characteristics of their turbos. HTH

That turbo is not going to reach full boost until 5500-6000 rpm I have a t3/t4 with a .63 hot side and a .60 compressor and does not reach full boost until 5000-5300 rpm. You will never be able to use the power that turbo will give you.
i recall seeing somewhere on here that some guy was making around 270hp on an ls with a 60-1 at 11psi. think itll be better with a .48 turbine? and how much hp can a .48 turbine 60-1 support? thanks for all the responses. i really appreciate it.
