Anyone run the Hytech twin loop muffler?
Like the title says, I am interested in hearing how well the Hytech twin loop muffler works. It's 2.5", which many would consider to be small, since everyone has to have these 4" diesel exhausts these days. Here are the pics:

Anyways, at $399 for the muffler alone, I'm not sure that it would be really worth it for me, but was curious to see if anyone has any experience with it.

i don't think it would be too bad for FI as long as it goes straight through the muffler twice

Considering that an entire exhaust can be done for that price... in stainless... i'd pass.
Its just another copy of the Mugen Twinloop.

I'm with you on the price issue, however, this is no copy of Mugen. Hytech has been doing exhaust manifolfd for Toyota Mid Atlantic for almost 20 years, they're no newbees.

i see one problem... the core of the muffler, is louvered, which has significant internal turbulence, therefore causing increased back pressure
