everyone says make sure the nuts/bolts are torqued correctly. What exactly IS the torque spec for them?

spoke with a guy from this shop in florida called street dreams. He stated to use some type of lock-tite, and torque to quaiffe specs. Just posting what a mechanic there stated. You can research more to find the validity of the statement.

 

in that case does anyone know the torque spec for the quaife bolts?
