Default Anyone have the Dynamic Compression Ratio Chart?

Im not sure where it has gone, but I can't find mine.

It shows the static compression on the side and boost pressure on the top and gives you the dynamic compression ratio's.. anyone remember this? it used to float around honda-tech but all the images that I found under search have expired.
