Anyone else having problems with T3/67 ?

Anyone else having problems with T3/67 ?
Seen two in the last 6 months with practically no miles on them take a ****. One had major shaft play, the other bent a shaft. Both engines using -3 feed lines, filtered off GE filter adapters, both have good oil pressure, both turbos were .63 back side. Coincidence?
