I've purchased stuff from sohfast many times. I never had a problem and always got exactly what I needed. If there was something wrong or missing with an item that i bought, it was taken care of right away.

Thought I blew my engine last weekend, read a lot of threads on places to buy engines, some people mentioned that they were sent stolen engines multiple times I can't find the thread now, its really long, like 19 pages. It's a poll on where people bought their engines... Just something to check into, I have no experience with them personally

i remember reading that article too. Don't wanna drag sohfast through the dirt, I never bought anything from him andhe did always reply right back with price quotes/advice. But I read that article about people getting stolen engines from him and then police coming to their houses to chek vin # and etc.....

Jerome is a good guy. Bought a few parts from him and everything arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.

Re: anybody vouch for sohfast.com (specie)
back in 99 i had a 95 gsr . it hydro-locked , and i took it to a local Honda-acura specialist (sandlapper automotive) . it took them a month to find a motor, i finally got my car back ,drove it for about 6 months. took it to the track ,and i was shooting a 55 shot and it leaned out and blew up, about 2 weeks after that an FBI agent knocked on my door asking if i purchased a motor from sandlapper in august of 99 and i told them yeah , so he wanted to see it , so i showed it to him , (it was outta the car). he matched up the serial numbers and told me i was lucky that it was blown up because if it would have been running he would have taken it and given back to the owner. he said that i would have to get a lawyer and get my money back from sandlapper, because they bought it from sohfast racing, he said that there were multiple cases against Jeremy soh for selling stolen parts. sorry for the the long post, just letting everyone know my experience

Re: anybody vouch for sohfast.com (TrboGSR)
Last I knew, Jeremy Soh wasn't being prosecuted for possession of stolen property. The people he got the engines from was using him to distribute stolen engines, and all indications were that he didn't know they were stolen.
This was, oh, a year and a half ago? If anyone actually knows real first hand info I'd be interested in hearing it. Sohfast was a reputable business for a very long time, even if the prices were a bit high.
