Default Any expiernce with these injectors?

So one of my RC injectors took a ****. So might as well upgrade right . So any experience with DIY Tunings 1000cc injectors? Seems too good to be true with how cheap they are and the fact they come with a 2 year warranty. my tuner told me to go with some the skinny Bosch 1000cc because of the spray pattern but the other ones are sooooooo cheap.

what would you guys do?

I would get FIC's or ID Injectors, Ive had good luck with both, DIY is prettyy cool they have alot of cheap stuff which works as intended.

however injectors is not something I would cheap out on, My tuner has a 600HP B18 track car, ran for years then one day it blew up due to a failed injector...not worth risking IMO

If you are on a budget look into injector nation. They have a 20% off coupon code on there home page too. I ran these exact in900cc injectors linked below and I was very happy with them. Never ever ever cheap out on injectors! I ran some cheap *** injectors from eBay and they gave me nothing but problem after problem. This time around I decided to just go with injector dynamic 1000s and be done with it.

im liking the coupon idea with these. Are they plug and play with a stock b series fuel rail? I found a seller on eBay who has plug and play ones for 316.

yeah I looked them up but FIC and ID's are out of my price range because I'm a cheap lol. I know how important injectors are, that's why I wanted to see if anyone has had expiernce with these. Thanks for the input.

They include the adapters to make them plug and play. I had no issues on install with my OEM b-series fuel rail.

Completely different than Bosch injectors of the same size. They don't tune the same, they won't idle normally, and c resistor box is needed as those are low impedance injectors.

Just be warned

Thats old school stuff. You want EV14 style.

FID makes excellent injectors and very affordable. I run their 2000's in my integra. Fuel Injector Development

Yup, I read somewhere that they need higher fuel pressure to idle normally and that they like to be ran richer on idle. As for the resistor, they guy who put my turbo kit on orginally put resistors on my injector wires with out telling me. So these injectors will be just fine untill i have extra money around for real injectors.

Thanks for the info as always Shodan!

Yeah i found bosch injectors for 300 via the link i was given before, its just that i want my car already and i don't have 300$ around right now. The way I see it as long as i don't **** up these injectors Ill be able to sell them for 100 easy.

Also, my car is currently in my tuners shop because the injector took a **** mins before we were going to be on the dyno. Its been there 3 days and I don't want to over stay my welcome nor pay for a 60 mile tow.

I see where your going with this......but sometimes the cheapest option is not always the "cheapest" in the long run

Hopefully they work as intended and dont cause you any more issues
