Default anti-lag damage?

I just started using my anti-lag in my car a few weeks ago. Is there any potential damage it can cause? I only drive the car at the track, it not a street car. Any downsides on using it?

Anti lag is different.

OP, this has been covered a million times all over the internet, if you cant find it searching honda-tech, search yahoo.com for "anti lag cons pros" im sure youll find the info your after.

basically it can reduce turbine and manifold life, to what extent i have no idea.
