Another Stock LS Dyno
I tuned my daily driver integra today. Bone stock 95 ls integra 110k miles on the motor. All i did was throw a new set of plugs in it. It even has the factory plug wires from 1995.
The turbo setup is:
Rpi log manifold (a/c compatible with 3" downpipe)
Innovative street heat 61 turbo
tial 38mm wastegate 16 psi blue/yellow spring combo
3"downpipe 2.5" exhaust borla muffler
2.5" aluminum intercooler piping
Denso 72 lb/hr injectors
Hondata S200
The first pull I made it leaned out up top with the stock fuel pump but it made 340 hp. I threw a 255 fuel pump in it so its running safer now and making a little less power.

Re: Another Stock LS Dyno (TitanDarin)
great numbers especially the peak torque, and a good solid HP power band, good job. on ur other pull of 340 whp what kind of torque did it make then?
mighty ballsy to run 16 psi on that turbo w/ a stock b18b

Re: Another Stock LS Dyno (0x64)
Well my last turbo ls setup was still running as of last month which is about a year from when i first turboed it, and i believe the guy i sold it to is spraying a 50 shot too now....so this one should last a while.
It made less torque on the 340 pull but the clutch slipped for a few seconds on that pull. it was a full point leaner too.

nothing that impressive, i think to date the highest 360 hp. I dont like to push stock motors. but u know this was a straight b18b, not a b20b/vtec

Nice numbers...at all worried about the rods? I have heard usually those are the first to go.
What kind of timing are you running at full boost from peak torque to your redline?

Re: Another Stock LS Dyno (kbizasss)
I'm not really worried about the rods, they should have no problem at this power level. A friend of mine has an turbo ls making 375 hp on the stock rods with no problems.
I'm using the stock clutch. It was slipping a little when i was making pulls in 4th gear. A new clutch is definitely going in soon.

Re: Another Stock LS Dyno (DIRep972)
it's in a bone stock red 95 integra, hubcaps and all. I'll take some pics tomorrow but theres not really much to see.
11s on radials will happen for sure...thats my goal for right now, after that i want 10s on this stock ls motor on pump gas. I plan on making about 450 hp which should get me very close to 10s at stock weight. a set of cams and a little nitrous should make it happen. I may also experiment with methanol injection, I dynoed a car yesterday that was very impressive with meth injection and pump gas.
