If the following is bought:

Hondata S200B
Datalogging
RomEditor Software
Pocket Programmer

What else is needed to street tune my car by myself?

As said already, A wideband is a MUST. I would avoid the AEM one because they are known to not work with Hondata.
Either get FJO or Techedge.

Also, I HIGHLY recommend the Romulator. Makes tuning take 1/10 the time.
