You need to tune it good and it will be safe.

What is your fuel management setup?

No need for the AEM FR, or Cam Gears (unless used for tuning).

What is your head setup?

You should replace fuel pump, just to be on safe side. Also it is good if you want to crank up your boost later. They only cost around $80-90. And also you need bigger injecotrs. Those 440's are fine. Fuel is on of the most important things when you are turboing your car. Thats why you need both of those to make sure everything runs smooth, and that you get plenty of fuel. Also get some 2-step colder spark-plugs (NGK BKR7E).

I dont know what management you are running. But you can get chipped ECU from http://www.j-k-tuning.com/. Thats what im running, and I have no problems at all. Been running 10psi on my stock LS for 6 months. Also im running on CROME tuning software. Depending on what manifold you run, you might need(probably will) slim fans. I got 2 slim fans for about $80 at local shop(autozone). Get a new manifold gasket too. Also use higher octane fuel, like 93 or 91.

This is a good write up that you need to read: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1263795

I had to shave part of the block webing on my motor to fit my turbo. I got t3t04e 57 trim, its bigger turbo. Yea, running 10psi daily with no problems at all on my 131,000 mile motor. And, no I dont baby it, I boost all the time 10psi, every single day. Pulls like crazy. You might want to get some sticky tires, because our fwd hondas suck.

Im supposed to go on dyno next weekend, so we will see. I got some Hankook RS-2 tires on my car. They are alot stickier then some cheap ones. This is where I got them. They have some good prices and quick shipping too.http://onlinetires.com/
